What is EMS?
EMS or Electro Muscle Stimulation is a full body training exercise impulse current, that sends impulses which activates your deep muscle layers. These deep muscle layers are hard to activate through conventional training, but by combining it with functional movement training it gives you a workout stimulus that is 18 times more effective than any orthodox workout, whether you are just starting out or as a professional athlete.
How does it work?
Our central nervous system sends bioelectrical impulses that controls our muscle action. EMS uses this natural principle and intensifies the process to reach deep muscle layers and fibres which are hard to activate through conventional training. It is achieved by applying EMS electrodes to the skin above the muscle.
